Exciting tasks and prospects await you in an innovative company. As a technical internal sales representative, you will help to develop customer-specific solutions and act as the link between production and sales. You will make a significant contribution to the success of our company!
Your primary areas of responsibility:
- Technical advice and support for our customers via telephone, e-mail in a strong service team
- Preparation of offers in a strong sales team
- Calculation of prices and offers and their follow-up
- Processing customer inquiries and orders, including product advice and configuration
- Order processing of service orders incl. project management of smaller projects
- Disposition of service orders
- Close cooperation with the technical and production departments to ensure the implementation of customer requirements

That's what makes you special:
- Completed technical training or studies, e.g. as an industrial mechanic, technician, engineer, or a comparable qualification - alternatively commercial training with an interest in technology
- Ideally initial experience in technical sales, alternatively in mechanics or electrics
- Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset
- Good knowledge of MS Office, experience in a merchandise management system an advantage
- Enjoy working in a team and providing direct customer support
- Good written and spoken English skills
