Contract Coordinator – Aveiras, Portugal

• Guarantee the link between MAKEEN Energy Portugal and the client, ensuring compliance with the established contractual requirements;
• Ensuring all aspects of the dialogue with the client;
• Ensuring overall coordination of the maintenance contract;
• Plans, organizes and coordinates activities, ensuring compliance with the work plans agreed with the client;
• Analyzes the portfolio of work with the foremen and preparer and defines them according to the client's priorities;
• Organizes and analyses the distribution of human and material resources in collaboration with the foremen;
• Issues and distributes the Monthly Service Delivery Report;
• Develops production techniques in order to improve productivity;
• Demonstrates, by example, its commitment to preventing serious accidents;
• Collaborates in identifying training needs, plans, carries out, monitors and records its implementation.

The ideal candidate:

• Minimum level of education in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory);
• At least 3 years' experience in Maintenance Management;
• Experience of working with continuous improvement methodologies (valued);
• Flexible working hours;
• Proficiency in English;
• Ability to work as part of a team and good interpersonal skills;
• Resilience and problem-solving skills;
• Capacity for teamwork and good interpersonal relationships.
